Just five-minutes' drive from the centre of Te Anau township in the heart of Fiordland, Alpine Rock B&B is the perfect base while exploring the spectacular Fiordland region. We have two private guest rooms  to choose from (each with either a private or ensuite bathroom) in the guest wing of our country home, both overlooking the extensive garden and the nearby Kepler & Murchison mountains.

According to our guests, we have the 'best beds', 'best breakfast' and 'best southern hospitality' and that means your stay will always be an authentic and memorable experience.

OUR ROOMS

Choose from two guest rooms, both overlooking the rose garden, in the guest wing of our country home.

Everything has been thought of to ensure our guests feel welcomed and ‘at home’.  From the well-appointed amenities to the substantial breakfast served at your convenience, it's all included, and you will want for nothing.

We recommend booking two nights or more, but these don't have to be sequential in order to fit with your itinerary which may include an overnight cruise on Milford or Doubtful Sounds or maybe you want accommodation at either end of several nights on one or more of the nearby Great Walks.

​

If you plan to take the multi-night Milford or Kepler Tracks, book pre and post track accommodation and we are happy to store your luggage and vehicle.
